Please read these terms carefully before using FartChan

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FartChan ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
FartChan is a decentralized Web3 work-to-earn platform that enables users to: - Complete tasks and earn crypto points - Create and publish tasks for others to complete - Connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for promotional services - Redeem points for rewards (where available) The Platform operates on blockchain technology and uses Web3 wallets for authentication and transactions.
3. Eligibility
To use FartChan, you must: - Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) - Have a compatible Web3 wallet - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallet Connection and Security
- You are solely responsible for the security of your Web3 wallet and private keys - FartChan does not have access to your wallet or private keys - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address - FartChan is not responsible for any loss of funds or unauthorized access to your wallet - You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your wallet
5. Task Completion and Verification
- Task creators set requirements and rewards for their tasks - Task completers must follow all requirements and provide proof when requested - Verification is automated where possible, but may require manual review - FartChan reserves the right to reject task completions that don't meet requirements - Points are awarded only after successful verification - All decisions regarding verification are final
6. Task Creation
- Anyone can create tasks by paying the required points upfront - Task creators are responsible for setting clear, achievable requirements - Tasks must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies - FartChan reserves the right to remove or modify tasks that violate these Terms - Refunds for task creation are not available once a task is published
7. Crypto Points
- Crypto points are a platform-specific unit of value - Points are non-transferable between accounts (unless explicitly stated) - Points have no cash value and are not a cryptocurrency or security - Points can be used to create tasks or redeemed for rewards (where available) - FartChan reserves the right to modify the points system with reasonable notice
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to: - Use the Platform for any illegal purpose - Create tasks that require illegal activities - Submit false or misleading information - Attempt to game or manipulate the verification system - Use automated tools to complete tasks (unless explicitly allowed) - Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
9. Intellectual Property
- The Platform and its content are owned by FartChan and protected by intellectual property laws - You retain ownership of content you create or submit - By submitting content, you grant FartChan a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform - You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FartChan does not guarantee: - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - Accuracy of task verification - Availability of specific tasks or rewards - That the Platform will meet your requirements TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARTCHAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FartChan, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Platform - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you submit or tasks you create
12. Modifications to Terms
FartChan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Termination
FartChan may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination: - Your access to the Platform will be revoked - Outstanding points may be forfeited (as determined by FartChan) - You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
